Tapping, also known as EFT or emotional freedom technique, is a powerful tool that utilizes the Chinese energy meridians as the pathways for healing. 

Tapping, while similar to acupuncture, uses the percussion of tapping instead of needles. However, the true power of tapping comes from focusing in on the uncomfortable thoughts or emotions we would like to release and using verbal cues to
acknowledge them, while tapping.
